摘要
本文针对小包装榨菜在连续式杀菌机杀菌过程中,产品周围杀菌水的温度是否均匀进行了研究。研究表明,连续式杀菌机内物料四周杀菌介质温度分布十分不均匀,杀菌机的供汽结构和热水循环系统要进行适当改进。
In this paper,some research has been done on the temperature uniformity of water that around the small package pickled mustard tuber during sterilizing process in the continuous sterilizer.The research shows that the temperature distribution of media around materials is very uneven when in the continuous sterilizer.So the structures for steam and the circulation system for hot water in the machine need to be appropriate improved.
