摘要
本文以柠檬和甘草为主要原料,研究了低糖柠檬甘草复合饮料的生产方法,探讨了该饮料组分的最适配比和工艺流程,得到的产品色泽风味佳、口感好,适合于工业化生产。
This paper researched the production methods on the beverage of low sugar lemon mixed with licorice that used lemon and licorice as the main raw material,discussed the optimal ratio of the beverage composition and technical process.The product obtained not only good flavor and taste but also satisfactory color,and suitable for industrial production.
