摘要
随着我国改革开放的进一步深化和城镇化进程的进一步发展,小产权房问题已经成为人们日常生活中一个不容回避的问题,近年来各级政府、媒体、学者、开发商及广大民众都高度关注小产权房问题。文章就小产权房的概念、现状及形成原因、解决方案等一系列问题,进行了梳理探讨。
With the development of urbanization in China,small property house has become an avoidable problem for people.Small property house has drawn great attention from government,media,scholars,etc.This paper discusses the concept,status,formation and countermeasures of small property house.
