摘要
我国传媒体制正在朝着资本经营方向积极转变,政府在允许民营资本和国际资本进入传媒业的同时,一直在强调国有资本控股权的重要意义。国有资本应承担怎样的责任,发挥怎样的作用,如何与民营和国际资本共同合作才能实现三资互惠三赢的局面等,是本文研究的重点。
China＇s media system is changing towards capital management and operation.While giving private capital and international capital permissions to enter its media industry,Chinese government always emphasizes the importance of state-owned capital holding the right of control.This paper discusses what responsibilities and functions state-owned capital should have and how to corporate with private capital and international capital.
