小儿肺炎支原体肺炎及肺外并发症特点(附199例临床分析)

Clinical characteristics of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and extra pulmonary complications(a clinical analysis of 199 cases)

目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体（Mycoplasma Pneumoniae,MP）肺炎临床特征及肺外并发症的特点,提高诊治水平。方法对2008年1月~2009年12月间该科收治并确诊为MP肺炎的199例患儿进行回顾性临床分析。结果 MP肺炎199例均有呼吸道表现,其中99例（49.75%）有肺外并发症。受累脏器中以消化系统、循环系统及血液系统多见,分别为11.56%、10.55%、9.55%;其次为皮肤（6.03%）、泌尿系统（2.01%）、神经系统（2.51%）,两个或以上的脏器同时受累者11例（5.53%）。结论小儿MP感染除侵犯呼吸系统外,还可累及肺外脏器,严重者甚至造成多脏器损害,应引起临床医生的重视。

Aim To study the clinical manifestations and features of the extra-pulmonary complications of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and improve the diagnosis and treatment.Methods We observed and analyzed the clinical data of 199 hospitalized children with mycoplasma pneumonia from January 2008 to December 2009.Results 199 enrolled cases all had respiratory symptoms,of which 99 cases（49.75%） had extra-pulmonary complications.The digestive system,circulatory system and blood system were more commonly involved,ranking 11.56%,10.55% and 9.55% respectively.The second most commonly involved were the skin（6.03%）,urinary（2.01%）,and nervous system（2.51%）.11 cases（5.50%） had two or more organ damages.Conclusion In addition to the respiratory infection,the MP infection can also involve extra-pulmonary organs.Serious situations even involve multiple organ damages.Therefore,clinical physicians should pay special attention to all these scenarios.
