针对某公司聚甲醛装置设备C331衬四氟管损坏故障,从设计、制造和安装方面分析了管系的热膨胀、流体振动和外界诱导振动的原因,正确地调整了膨胀节、弹簧支架和限位止点,修复了管线,为化工类四氟管的检修技术积累了经验。
With respect to the damage of C331 gas pipe used in POM construction, the analysis of the causes resulting in thermal ex- pansion of the piping system, fluid induced vibration and external factor induced vibration was carried out from design, fabrication and installation. Then, expansion joints, spring supports and movement limits were adjusted and the pipeline was repaired, from which the experience of repairing chemical PTFE lined pipe was obtained.
