摘要
发展人民币外国债券市场,对于促进人民币国际化、推动债券市场发展以及缓解外汇储备较快增长等具有重要意义。进一步发展当前仍处于起步阶段的人民币外国债券市场,可以从具有相似发展背景的日本武士债券市场中寻求借鉴。该文在纵览日本武士债券发展历史、总结其发展得失的基础上,对我国人民币外国债券市场的发展提出相关的政策建议。
The development of the RMB foreign bond market has important connotations for the internationalization of the RMB,the development of the Chinese bond market and the control of forex reserves growth.The RMB foreign bond market is still in its infancy,and the experiences of the Samurai bond market can be used for the development of the RMB foreign bond market.This paper reviews the history of Samurai bond development and its gains and losses,and then makes suggestions for the development of the RMB foreign bond market.
