介绍了ASME高压U型管换热器管束设计及制造的工艺要点。若按标准设计制造ASME换热器,因为规范中只给出了管板的计算公式,没有管束制造的详细要求及设计参数,这对于高压换热器还远远不够。结合多年的容器设计经验,文中给出了高压U型管管束具体设计及制造方法。

Key process points for design and manufacture of the tube bundles of ASME high pressure U-tube heat exchanger are introduced.It is far from enough by only using standard to design and manufacture ASME heat exchanger, because the code only gives the calculation formula for tube sheet, and has no detail requirements and design parameters.Combined with many years’ vessel design experience, this paper presented the specific design and manufacture method for U-tube bundles.
