摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立法兰的力学模型,分别计算预紧工况和操作工况下的法兰应力分布,得出法兰的交变应力强度幅,并按照JB4732标准对其进行应力强度和疲劳强度评定。
ANSYS finite element analysis software is used, mechanical model of flange is built, flange stress distributions under pre-tightening and operation conditions are calculated respectively, alternating stress intensity range of flange is obtained, and stress intensity and fatigue strength evaluation are made to it according to JB4732 Standard.
