摘要 由于流体介质的腐蚀、冲刷和压力、振动、焊接缺陷、密封材料等因素的长期作用,设备、管道会出现泄露问题。炼油化工装置中80%以上的泄漏都出现在管道上。管道一旦出现泄漏,必须及时处理。带压堵漏是1项技术要求较高的堵漏工艺,其施工夹具机构的设计是关键问题。 Over a long period of action by corrosion, washing of fluids and factors including pressure, vibration, welding defects and sealing materials, equipment and pipelines can have leaking problem.More than 80% of leakages in oil refining and chemical plants exist in pipelines.The pipelines must be treated once they leak.The leak stopping under pressure is a leak stopping process of high technical requirement, and the design of its construction fixture mechanism is a key problem.
