摘要
异步电动机启动时冲击电流较大,导致其启动时对电网的冲击很大。同时其起动时输出转矩为额定值的1.5~2.0倍,降低了负载设备的使用寿命。文中应用电动机软启动、电机保护各项技术实现了异步电动机的智能控制。
The impulse current of asynchronous motor is high during its startup, which results in high impulsion to the power network.In the same time, the output torque at its starting is 1.5~2.0 times of the rated value, and this shortened the service life of the loaded equipment.In this paper, techniques like for motor soft startup and motor protection are used, and the intelligent control to asynchronous motor is realized.
