摘要
沼气作为一种生物质能源,已广泛用于内燃机电站发电。但是,沼气中的H2S对内燃机的腐蚀,严重制约了内燃机的可靠使用。文章采用湿法脱硫技术对某养殖场沼气进行处理,并对脱硫前后的内燃机部件损耗进行了比较,证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。脱硫后的沼气中硫化氢浓度低于200 mg/m3,对沼气内燃机的应用具有良好的保护作用。
As one kind of biomass energy, biogas has been widely applied in the power plants to generate electricity by driving internal combustion engine. However, the erosion of H2S to the interhal combustion engine will badly restrict its reliable use. In this paper, wet desulfurization technology has been used for the treatment of of the biogas in some culture plants, the comparison has been carried out on the erosion of components of internal combustion engine before and after the desulfurization, the comparison result verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the method, the H:,S concentration in the biogas after desulfurization is lower than 200 mg/m3, this will protect the internal combustion engine well.
