摘要
综述了二氧化碳合成碳酸二甲酯催化体系的研究。碳酸二甲酯催化体系主要包括以铜-镍、烷氧基化合物、碳酸钾、氧化锆为主的催化剂和以分子筛、醋酸原三酯和乙缩醛为主的脱水剂。该反应的机理是催化剂活化甲醇,生成M-O-CH3物种,二氧化碳插入到M-O-中间,形成M-O-C(O)-O-,再与-CH3结合,生成碳酸二甲酯。
The catalytic systems of CO2 and methanol synthesis for dimethyl carbonate are re- viewed.The mainly active catalysts include copper-nickel, alkyl oxygen compounds, potassium carbonate and zirconia. The dehydration agents which are widely used in the reaction are molecular sieve, trimethyl orthoacetate and aldehyde acetal. The mechanism of the catalyst reaction is as follows. The methanol is actived by catalyst for M-O-CH3, the carbon dioxide inserts in the joint of M-O- to form M-O-C (O)-O-, after combining with -CH3, the dimethyl carbonate is obtained.
