刍议高校学生公寓管理模式

On the Mode of Students’ Apartments Management in Universities

高校学生公寓具有服务、育人和管理的三项职能,原有的公寓管理模式不能使三者有机地结合起来,更不能充分发挥这三项职能。高校学生公寓新型管理模式的研究应运而生。笔者建议,在国家层面成立大学生后勤服务社,在学校层面成立学生公寓管理委员会,采取市场运作与公益服务相结合的运行模式,实现服务、育人、管理有机结合的新局面。

This article holds that the apartment has functions of service,education and management and the original apartment management cannot integrate the three functions dynamically.The writer suggests that at national level,logistical service community should be established;at school level,students’ apartment management committee should be established and the running mode of combining marking operation and public service should be taken in order to realize a new situation of a dynamic integration of service,education,and management.
