多元文化语境下高校英语教师的专业化发展研究

Study on College English Teachers’ Professional Development from Multi-cultural Perspective

英语教师专业化发展是高等教育的核心。就目前我国高校英语教师专业化发展的现状,提出从转换教师角色、建立以学生为主体的研究型教学模式,以及培养跨文化交际能力等途径来促进高校英语教师专业化的发展。

English teachers’ professional development is the key to the higher education.The paper analyzes the current situation of college English teachers’ professional development of China.It also puts forward the approaches to promoting college English teachers’ professional development.That is： changing the teachers’ role;establishing the student-oriented research teaching model and cultivating cross-cultural ability.
