论黑龙江垦区农业循环经济发展的保障措施

Security Countermeasures of Developing Economy of Agricultural Circulation in Reclamation Area of Heilongjiang

黑龙江垦区具有丰富的农业资源,但是,由于多年来片面追求粮食产量和经济效益,农业生态系统破坏严重。本文以农业循环经济理论为基础,从理论与实践相结合的角度,分析了黑龙江垦区农业循环经济发展的现状,深刻思考了黑龙江垦区农业循环经济发展的目标与模式,提出了黑龙江垦区农业循环经济发展的政策和相关制度措施。

Reclamation area of Heilongjiang is rich for agricultural resources.But the agroecosystem has been seriously destroying in recent years due to pursuing grain yield and economic profit.The article analyzes the present sitution of agricultural circulating economy of reclamation area in Heilongjiang;contemplates the goal and model of it and proposes the policies and countermeasures of agricultural circulation economy of reclamation area in Heilongjiang;taking the theory of agricultural circulating economy as foundation,from the perspective of combining theory and practice.
