浅谈法律援助制度的现状及完善——以黑龙江为视角

Current Development and Further Improvement of Legal Aid in Heilongjiang Province

法律援助制度是一国法律制度中不可或缺的重要组成部分。但由于我国的法律援助制度起步较晚,尤其是对于经济发展相对较慢的黑龙江省,所面临的立法困境、供需困境、资金困境、机构设置不合理及援助范围有限等问题更加突出。为此,应当在提高立法层次、完善机构设置、拓宽援助渠道及资金来源渠道和扩大法律援助范围等方面进一步健全和完善法律援助制度。

Legal aid has become an indispensable part of a country’s legal system.Because our nation performed legal aid late,particularly in Heilongjiang province where economy developed slowly,there are many difficulties such as supply failing to meet demand,shortage of capital,unreasonable establishment of institutions,limited scope of legal aid,and so on that need our government to face.In order to establish and improve the system of legal aid we have to elevate the level of legislation,to innovate the establishment of institution,to widen the channels of aid and funds resource,and to enlarge the range of legal aid,etc.
