摘要
本文用实验的方法研究了叉排扰流柱阵列的排列参数对旋转矩形通道对流换热特性的影响。实验共采用了6个模型,扰流柱的排列参数Sn/d的取值为5.0,6.5和8.0,Sp/Sn为1.2,1.6和2.0,其中d为扰流柱的直径,Sn为扰流柱横向间距,Sp为2倍的纵向间距。结果表明,在实验范围内,纵向排列参数Sp/Sn的取值介于1.2和1.6之间为好;扰流柱横向排列参数Sn/d=5,即最密时,最有利于换热,但应综合考虑其引起的流阻损失。
An experimental research was conducted to investigate the effect of the arrangement of staggered pin fins on convective heat transfer of rotating rectangular ducts.Six test models were used in this experiment, which cover a parameter range of S n/d =5 0,6 5 and 8 0, S p/S n =1 2,1 6 and 2 0,where d is the diameter of the pin fin, S n and S p ,are the transverse space and twice the axial space between pin fins respectively.The results in the experimental range show that,the axial parameter, S p/S n between 1 2 and 1 6 will give the best result;in the transverse direction S n/d =5 0 gives the highest heat transfer coefficient,but the pressure drop caused by this arrangment should be considered.
