摘要
本文提出一种进行构件振动可靠性设计的方法,建立了激振力频率与构件固有频率干涉的概率模型,并利用Goodman曲线,给出了将导致构件损坏的强迫共振响应的概率计算公式及其使用条件。原则上,本文方法对其固有频率相对不太密集的构件更为适用,如航空发动机中的叶片。
A method is presented to evaluate the reliability of a mechanical component vibration.An interference reliability model for the exciting frequency and the natural frequency of the component has been established.The reliability computation formula has been deduced by use of Goodman curve and its application conditions for the forced resonant response that can damage the component.In general,this method can be applied to the components,for which the modal frequencies can be separated,such as the turbine blades.
