从杨缤译《傲慢与偏见》看意识形态对翻译实践的操控

The ideological manipulation of translation practice from Yang Bin's version of Pride and Prejudice

二十世纪初的中国是各种意识形态纷繁芜杂的时期,各种思潮的碰撞给翻译文学带来了生机,杨缤女士在这样的环境下翻译了《傲慢与偏见》。她的译本是该作的首个中译本。鉴于尚未发现对此译本的研究,拟通过对该译本的分析,从选材、翻译策略的角度证实意识形态对翻译实践的操控。

In the beginning of the 20th-century when China abounded in ideologies of full complexity,the collision of different thoughts invigorated the field of translation.Against this background,Yang Bin translated for the first time ever the book of Pride and Prejudice.In view of the fact that the study on her translation has not yet been found,this paper aims to illustrate the manipulation of ideology on translation practice via analyzing its Chinese version from perspectives of subject selection and translation strategies.
