摘要
目前,我国知识女性相对集中于高等院校,成为维护学校稳定、推动学校发展的重要力量。但高校女性仍处于职业结构的低端。由此表现出的性别歧视有其产生的复杂原因。改变高校女性职业困境,需要社会大环境的不断改善和女性自身素质的不断提高。
At present,intellectual women of our country mainly work in colleges and universities and have become an important power of maintaining school stability and promoting school development.However,they still occupy a rather low status of the professional structure,the discrimination against women shown in which has many complicated causes.To change the predicament of college women's working involves constant improvement of the macro-social environment and quality of the women themselves.
