摘要 目的:探讨心率及心率变化对双源CT(dual-source CT,DSCT)冠状动脉成像图像质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析124例双源CT冠状动脉成像资料,按心率及心率变化分组,比较不同组间冠状动脉各节段图像质量差异。结果:DSCT冠状动脉成像图像质量与心率有关,低心率组和中心率组间图像质量分级无明显差异,低心率组和高心率组间及中心率组和高心率组间图像质量分级均有显著性差异。检查过程中出现心率变化对图像质量无显著影响。结论:双源CT冠状动脉成像不受心率及心率变化限制,高心率时图像质量有下降,但不影响诊断。 Objective To assess the influence of heart rate and heart rate variability on image quality of coronary angiography with DSCT.Methods A retrospective study was undertaken in 124 cases who had coronary angiography by DSCT scan.According to heart rate and heart rate variability,the cases were divided into several groups.The image quality of branches or segments of coronary arteries was compared between different groups.Results The image quality of coronary angiography with DSCT was related to the heart rate.Among these groups,there was significant difference in image quality,except for low heart rate group and moderate heart rate group.There was no significant difference between the heart rate variability in all groups.Conclusions There is no limitation of DSCT scan in coronary angiography,with the higher heart rate,the image degradation,but it could still meet the request of diagnosis.
