地榆升白片预防软组织肉瘤化疗后白细胞减少症的临床研究

目的:观察地榆升白片预防软组织肉瘤AI方案化疗患者白细胞减少症的疗效。方法:应用AI方案化疗的软组织肉瘤58例,其中,治疗组27例,化疗同时服用地榆升白片,并与单纯化疗(对照组)的31例作对照,观察两组的外周血白细胞变化、粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)用量及继发感染发生情况等。结果:治疗组化疗后Ⅲ度以上白细胞减少发生率低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在化疗第14天、21天的白细胞数均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两组集落刺激因子用量、白细胞减少继发感染发生例数之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:地榆升白片能有效预防软组织肉瘤AI方案化疗引起的白细胞减少症。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of Diyushengbal tablet on preventing leukopenia caused by AI chemotherapy. Methods ：58 ca- ses with malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups. 27 cases were treated by AI regimen（ control group） and 31 cases were treated by Diyush- engbai tablet besides AI regimen （treatment group） ,with a course of 28 days. The patients were evaluated to white blood cell,drug dose of G - CSF and the secondary infection associated with leukopenia. Results：Grade 3 and 4 leukopenia occurred in 8 patients in the treatment group,where as 15 patients in the control group. There was a significant difference between them （P 〈 0. 05 ）. G - CSF used in the treatment group averaged 1.98 ± 0. 98 and 3.79 ± 1.05 in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was statistical difference in the incidence of secondary infection between the two groups. Conclusion： Diy- ushengbai tablet is an effective drug used in preventing leukopenia caused by AI chemotherapy.
