基于AHP的沂水县土地利用战略研究

Research on Land Utilization Strategy of Yishui County Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

本文以沂水县为例,在对其土地利用现状进行调查分析的基础上,结合国民经济与社会经济发展的长远规划,运用层次分析法的基本原理和数学模型进行土地利用战略的研究。土地利用战略问题具有多层次性、多因素性、系统性特征,各问题相互交叉、相互制约而又相互作用,笔者采用层次分析法解决此类问题,将沂水县的土地利用战略划分为三个层次进行分析,构建判断矩阵,确定每个层次各影响因素的相应权重,并根据其权重的大小提出提高沂水县土地利用效率的政策措施。

Taking Yishui county as an example, on the basis of the analysis on the situation of land utilization, according to the long-term development project of national economy and social economy, the land utilization strategy is studied by using basic principle and mathematics model of the arrangement analysis in this paper. Land utilization strategy is about engineering problems with multi-level and cross-cutting factors, but interaction of mutual restraint systems. The author adopts AHP to solve this problems. The strategic model of land utilization in Yishui is divided into 3 levels and the estimation matrix is constructed in this paper. The corresponding weighting of every influential factor in each level is calculated out, and the key points of program strategy and policy measures of land utilization in Yishui are defined according to the weight as well.
