枣阳市土地利用主体功能分区

The Main Functions Division of Land Use in Zaoyang City

本文结合国家提出的主体功能区发展思路和枣阳市实际情况,构建了包含土地利用、土地利用经济效益、土地利用社会效益及土地利用生态效益4方面的16个指标体系;然后利用SPSS软件对各区指标进行聚类分析;最后结合GIS将枣阳市分为优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区和禁止开发区四个功能区,并对各区提出发展战略。本研究可为枣阳市土地利用规划提供决策依据,同时也能为开展县域土地利用主体功能分区提供借鉴。

This paper sets up a system of sixteen index which containing land use, economic benefit of land utilization, social benefit of land utilization and ecological benefit of land utilization, and takes cluster analysis by using SPSS. Then this paper divides the Zaoyang city into optimal development zones, key development zones, restricted development zones and prohibited zone with the help of GIS, and proposes the development strategies for each district. The study can provide the basis for decision making of Zaoyang City＇s land-use planning, meanwhile it also can provide reference for further study at county-level.
