摘要
对某一新设计出的直列六缸机的曲轴进行一维轴系扭振计算,为其确定出合适的减振器参数,即减振器惯性轮的惯量、连接刚度和阻尼。在此过程中,研究这些参数对轴系固有频率、临界转速、曲轴前端扭振振幅等扭振性能的影响。计算后发现曲轴的扭转刚度过小,造成合成扭振振幅值偏大。
Based on a new 6-cylinder in-line engine model, one-dimensional calculation of crankshaft system torsional vibration was proceeded, and proper vibration damper parameters, that is, ring's inertia, stiffness and damper, were found. These parameters show remarkable effects on torsional vibration performance, such as, natural frequency, critical speed and antiflywheel end torsional vibration amplitude. The results show that torsional stiffness deficiency will increase torsional vibration amplitude.
