高职“大学生素质拓展计划”学分制建设的设计与实践

Design and Practice of Constructing Credit System of Expansion Plan on Undergraduates’ Quality in Vocational Colleges

在高职教育“一技之长＋综合素质”人才培养目标和国家示范性高职院校建设的指导下，构建以基于职业能力与生涯发展的大学生素质拓展计划为统揽的素质教育体系，通过“思想素质教育”、“职业素质教育”和“身心素质教育”的分类，针对理论和实践课程，实施学时学分制和积点换算学分制，探索学生素质拓展活动的课程学分制建设，进一步完善素质教育课程体系。

Under the guidance of ＂professional skill ＋ comprehensive quality＂ personnel training objective in vocational education and construction of national demonstrative higher vocational college, our college is trying to build quality education system targeted to Expansion Plan on Undergraduates＇ Quality, which is based on professional ability and career development. By means of classifying this into quality-oriented education of thoughts, quality-oriented education of career and quality-oriented education of mind and body, aiming at theoretical and practical curricula, carrying out the class hour and credit system and the point accumulation conversion system, this paper probes into curricula credit system covered undergraduates＇ quality expansion activities, and further perfect quality education curriculum system.
