目前，通过三年多国家示范性高等职业院校的建设，高职院校教育规模进一步扩大，服务经济社会的能力明显增强，但是“培养什么人”、“如何培养人”是我们每一个教育工作者应该去探索与思考的现实课题。“亮剑精神”不只是体现在狭路相逢战场的勇士身上，更是当代大学生应具备的，用“亮剑精神”打造精神品质，它可以让学生们在各种困难和挑战面前所向披靡!

Nowadays, through the three-year＇s construction of the National Demonstrative Higher Vocational College, the scale of higher vocational colleges has been widely enlarged and the ability to serve the economy and society also has been improved. However, how to bring up the students and what kind of students they should be are the realistic issue that every educator should think and explore. The spirit of ＂Pulling off the Sword＂ should be reflected not only in the warriors that meet in the battle field but also in the students nowadays. Forging the spirit and quality with the spirit of ＂Pulling off the Sword ＂can make students deal easily with various difficulties and challenges and defeat all nroblems.
