Thoughts on the Campus Spiritual and Cultural Construction in Chinese Colleges and Universities

大学作为一个特殊的社会机构，每时每刻都以自身的形象对公众们发生影响，而学生作为学校的主体，其体现的素质也影响着整个社会。校园精神文化作为学校教育文化的有机组成部分之一，它对大学生身心发展有着教育、导向、凝聚的作用。因此，我们必须加强校园精神文化建设，充分发挥其在人才培养中的积极作用。

As a special social institution, Universities influence the public through their own images all the time; and students, as the main body of school, also affect the whole society through their own quality. Meanwhile, as one of the organic components of school education culture, the campus spiritual culture takes educational, oriental and cohesive effect to students＇ body and mind. Therefore, we must strengthen the construction of campus spiritual culture so as to give its full play to the positive role in cultivating talents.
