摘要
客户订单的整理与归档是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,在企业的产生和发展过程中起着越来越重要的作用。随着企业管理的不断改革和发展,电子计算机技术、网络技术、缩微复制技术等现代科技在订单管理工作中的广泛运用,以办公自动化、信息化为核心的企业订单管理模式正在逐步形成。订单工作正在逐步由简单管理向复杂管理、由经验管理向科学管理、由手工管理向现代化管理转变。本文旨在探讨企业订单管理其要求、规范及如何进行加强、提升。
Sorting and filing of customer orders is an important component of modem business management, which plays an increasingly important role in the enterprise's production and development. With the continuous reform and the development of enterprise management, computer technology, network technology, microform technology and other modem technology in order management arc being extensively used, the enterprise order management model, with office automation and information as the core, is taking shape. Order management is gradually transforming from simple to complex management, from experience management to scientific management, and from manual management to modem management. This paper explores the requirements, standards and the ways of enhancing and promoting.
