双低菜粕及复合酶制剂在肥育猪日粮中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 选取健康"杜×长×大"三元杂交肥育猪36头,分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪,公母各半。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮;试验1组在对照组日粮的基础上用13%双低菜粕替代11%的豆粕;试验2组在试验1组日粮的基础上添加复合酶制剂0.03%。预试期7d,正试期51d。结果表明,不同处理组间肥育猪采食量、日增重和饲料利用效率均无显著差异(P>0.05);试验1组较对照组有降低肥育猪日增重,提高饲料转化率的趋势,添加复合酶制剂组肥育猪饲粮干物质和总磷的表观消化率分别提高了3.49%(P<0.05)和32.53%(P<0.05)。 Thirty-six healthy fattening pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)were chosen to be randomly divided into three groups by sex, with 3 replicated in each group and 4 pigs in each replicate.The control group was fed the corn-soybean mea(lSBM)diet; test group 1 (double-low rapeseed meal, DL-RSM group) used 13% double-low rapeseed meal instead replacement of 11% soybean of the control group diet; test group 2 (DL-RSM+Enzymes group) 0.03% compound enzymes were supplemented on the basis of DL-RSM group diet.The feeding experiment lasted for 51 days, after 7 days of adaptation period.The results showed that different treatment diets had no significant effect on the growth performance and feed utilization of the fattening pigs(P0.05); compared with the control group, the daily weight gain and feed conversion efficiency of fattening pigs in test group 1 had a decreasing trend, adding enzyme increased the DM and total phosphorus apparent digestibility of the fattening pigs diet by 3.49% (P0.05) and 32.53% (P0.05) respectively.
