密闭空间作业事故预防与应急救援措施研究 被引量:5

摘要 进入贮罐、塔、反应器、地下坑、下水井等密闭空间内作业,潜在缺氧、有毒气体、火灾爆炸、生物病原体、物理因素、作业危险等多种危害,并且具有事故发生率高、事故原因多、救援困难、易造成人员伤亡和易发生次生事故的特点。论述了密闭空间作业的事故预防措施,总结了密闭空间事故应急救援措施,以期为密闭空间作业的安全生产、事故预防、应急救援提供参考。 A variety of hazards exist in working in confined spaces such as tanks,towers,reactors,underground pits,wells,etc..These hazards include potential oxygen lacking,toxic gases,fires,explosions, biological pathogens,physical factors,operating risks and so on.Working in confined spaces also involves high incidence of accidents,many causes for the accidents,difficult rescue work,easily caused casualties and secondary accidents.This paper expatiates on preventive measures for accidents from working in confined spaces and summarizes emergency rescue measures for accidents in confined spaces with a view to provide reference for the safe production, accident prevention and emergency rescue.
