A/O工艺进一步处理难生化降解炼油废水

摘要 介绍了A/O工艺处理炼油污水的工艺和处理效率,通过对A/O工艺进行探索性运行调整,使难生化降解的溶解性COD得到最大程度的去除。经过生产运行调试,结果表明处理效果良好,监测池出水COD 44.6mg/L,NH_3-N 0.5mg/L,尤其在最近两个月,系统出水COD<50mg/L,NH_3-N<1mg/L,在同行业中达到最好水平。 This paper introduces the technology and treatment efficiency of A/O process for refinery wastewater.Through exploratory operation adjustment to A/O process,deliquescent COD which is hard to be biodegradable could be removed as much as possible. After the operation adjustment,the results show that the treatment had good effect.The COD of the effluent from the monitored pool was 56.5mg/L and NH3-N was 8.8mg/L.Especially in the recent two months,the COD of the effluent from the system has been less than 60mg/L and NH3-N less than 3mg/L which reaches the highest level in this field.
