9-(2-羟乙基)腺嘌呤的合成工艺研究

摘要 以腺嘌呤和碳酸乙烯酯为原料合成9-(2-羟乙基)腺嘌呤,探讨了回流时间,氢氧化钠用量以及原料配比对产率的影响,得出了最佳反应条件.处理改用DMF和乙醇混合溶剂重结晶,减少了环境污染. 9-(2-hydroxyethyl) adenine was synthesized by reaction of adenine with cyclic carbonate ester and sodium hydroxide.The influences of sodium hydroxide amounts , reaction time and molar ratio of reactants on the yield were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained.The reaction was improved with mixed solvent of DMF and ethanol by recrystallization, reducing environmental pollution.
