外资与产业结构变动的关联分析

Interrelatedness Analysis between Foreign Capital and Alteration of Industry Structure

一国经济的发展不仅得益于总量的扩张,更受益于结构的优化。外资与产业结构调整存在密切关系。一方面,外资对一国产业结构影响的机理、方式、方法将对其产业结构能否优化以及优化的速度、程度产生重要影响;另一方面,一国产业结构的存在状态又会影响外资的利用效率。论文运用产业结构偏离份额分析法和相关系数等分析工具对我国外资与产业结构变动的关联性进行了实证分析,并提出了可供参考的政策建议。

The development of one country＇s economy profits not only from the extension of amount,but also from the optimization of structure.There is close relationship between foreign capital and adjustment of industrial structure.On the one hand,the mechanism,way and method of the affection on industrial structure from foreign capital have great impact on optimization of the industrial structure and its speed and degree.On the other hand,the existent stage of one country＇s industrial structure will affect the utility efficiency of foreign capital.In this paper,we analyzed the relationship of the foreign capital and our country＇s industrial structure by using analysis method for deviation portion of industrial structure and related coefficients.We proposed some suggestions on policy for consideration.
