伴随着高等教育向大众教育模式的转变，高校毕业生的就业问题日益严峻。积极的就业政策和民众对高职教育认识的不断提高，使高职院校毕业生整体的就业率逐年提高，但由于社会大环境、学校教育以及学生自身等各方面的因素导致一部分高职院校的毕业生就业困难，严峻的就业形势对高职生的品德养成具有消极影响，这对高职生今后健康成长、服务社会极为不利。学校教育应从学习环境的熏陶、责任感的培养、加强道德教育等方面入手，把就业压力对高职生品德养成的消极影响降到最低，为高职高专学生的全面成长创造条件。

The problem of graduates employment in higher - vocational colleges is getting worse and worse at the moment. Active employment policy and people＇s better understanding to higher - vocational education make the employment rates higher and higher each year. However, part of the graduates are hard to find jobs due to the social environment and school education. Severe employment situation has negative impact on the students＇ moral nurturance. It is harmful for them to grow healthily and serve the society in future. School education should pay more attention to learning environment, sense of responsibility and moral education. School should try to create conditions for the students＇ all - round growth.
