The development of international trade intermediaries is not only a concern of scholars of international trade,but also a major practical issue in the area of international trade.This article analyzed the relationship between the transnational corporations and international trade intermediaries,the trade trading mode among international trade intermediaries and the trade system demand under different trade trading mode.
