摘要
介绍了软锰矿和黄铁矿共同焙烧制备硫酸锰的原理及工艺条件,在一定的工艺条件下,以黄铁矿作还原剂,与Mn含量为18%左右的低品位软锰矿直接焙烧,焙砂经球磨水浸后得到硫酸锰。过程中锰的转化率达到了90%以上,锰的总回收率在85%以上,为综合利用中低品味软锰矿生产硫酸锰开辟了新途径。
This article introduced the method of producing manganese sulfate by pyrolusite-pyrite roasting and gave a detailed description of the reacting theory,effecting factor,the choice of technological condition.Using pyrite as the reducing matter,roasted with low-grade pyrolusite containing manganese of 18%,the manganese sulfate can be got by calcine leaching after ball milling.The leaching rate of manganese reaches above 90%and total synthetic recovery is above 85%.A new process is estabished to produce manganese sulfate from low-grade pyrolusite.
