电弧炉电极调节的多模态控制策略模型划分 被引量:4

摘要 针对电弧炉电极弧长强随机扰动对冶炼时间、电耗、产品质量及电网的不利影响,采用单一控制策略无法适应不同冶炼工况要求的情况,提出在炼钢过程中针对不同阶段工艺对冶炼温度和功率的要求,在专家经验的基础上,采用多模态控制策略的划分手段,在线辨识电弧炉特征运动状态,分阶段选择最优控制器加以解决.给出了多模态划分、实施方案及采用的控制策略算法模型,可为电弧炉电极调节系统优化设计提供理论依据及模型参考. According to the disadvantage influence of electrode arc length's strong random disturbs of electric arc furnace to the duration of heat,power consumption,product quality and electric network,using a single control strategy can not satisfy the requirements of different work conditions.This paper bases on the experiences of experts,puts forward division measures of multi-modality control strategy for different requirements to adjust to the smelting temperatures and power of different stages in steel-making process.It identifies the feature motion state of the electric arc furnace on line,and then selects the optimal controller in different phases to deal with the problem.In this paper,multi-modality division,program implementation and algorithm model used in control strategy provide a theoretical basis and model reference for the optimal design of electric arc furnace's electrode regulator system.
