摘要
由于塑料产品装配设计要考虑荷载下的变形,确保塑料产品的形状和尺寸,所以研究塑料产品的力学性能在其装配设计中具有重要的意义。在分析手机主要零部件的结构特点及装配连接关系后,借助Pro/E MECHANICA Structure模块分析直板手机在装配中,手机前盖、后盖及电池盖等塑料零件受静荷载作用下可能出现的变形,进而改进并优化结构,并且对改进前后结构受静荷载作用的应力值进行比较,结果满足使用的力学性能要求。因此通过基于Pro/E MECHANICA Structure的塑料产品装配设计,可以降低成本、加快完成塑料产品的开发。
Deformation under load must be considered in plastic product assembly design,in order to ensure shape and size of plastic products not changed.Study on mechanical properties of plastic products has great significance in their assembly design.On the basis of structural feature analysis of major components of mobile phones and assembly connection relationship,in bar phone assembly possible deformation of former cover,back cover and battery cover and other plastic parts under static load was analyzed by using Pro / E MECHANICA Structure.Based on the results of analysis the structure can be improved and optimized.Comparison of stress in the structure induced by static load before and after it improved was performed.The results showed that the improved structure meets mechanical performance requirements.Assembly design of plastic products based on Pro / E MECHANICA Structure can reduce costs and speed up development of plastic products.
