黑草水提物的药理作用研究

Study on the Pharmacological Action of Herba Buchnerae Aqueous Extract

目的:探讨黑草水提物的药理作用。方法:采用小鼠凝血时间、耳廓肿胀法、扭体法、皮肤过敏试验和急性毒性试验,观察抗凝、抗炎、镇痛、抗过敏作用及其毒性作用。结果:黑草水提物能延长凝血时间;减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀;减少小鼠扭体次数;降低皮肤过敏反应。急性毒性试验表明,黑草水提物的最大给药量为270g生药/kg。结论:黑草水提物具有一定的抗凝、抗炎、镇痛和抗过敏作用。

Objective: To study the pharmacological action of Herba Buchnerae aqueous extract.Methods: The tests of mouse blood coagulation time,mouse auricle swelling,mouse torsion,mouse skin allergy and acute toxicity were conducted to observe the effects of anticoagulation,antiinflammatory,analgesia,antianaphylaxis and its toxicity.Results: Herba Buchnerae aqueous extract could extend the blood coagulation time,alleviate the auricle swelling,decrease the times of the torsion and reduce the skin allergy.The acute toxicity test show the largest dosage of the aqueous extract was 270 g /kg of crude drug.Conclusion: Herba Buchnerae aqueous extract has certain effects of anticoagulation,antiinflammatory,analgesia,antianaphylaxis.
