321名农村中小学生卫生防病知识、态度、行为与对校园卫生现状评价的调查

Investigation on Health and Diseases Prevention-related Knowledge,Attitude,and Behavior and Evaluation on Current Status of Environmental Sanitation of Campuses Among 321 Rural Primary and Secondary Students

目的了解农村中小学生卫生防病知识、态度、行为及对校园卫生现状的评价。方法按分层整群抽样的方法,对10所农村中小学校计321名学生卫生防病知识、行为及对健康教育的态度和校园卫生现状看法进行问卷调查。结果卫生防病知识知晓率为42.58%,行为正确率为45.39%,初中生的行为正确率低于小学生,差异有统计学意义;84.73%的学生喜欢健康教育课,大部分学生对校园饮水、厕所等卫生现状评价不满意。结论农村中小学生卫生知识贫乏,个人卫生习惯和学校卫生条件差,多数学生渴求良好的健康教育,必须抓住中小学阶段的有利时机,并创造条件进行健康教育和学生良好卫生习惯的培养。

Objective To investigate the health and diseases prevention-related knowledge,attitude,and behavior in the rural primary and secondary students,and to know their evaluation on the current status of environmental sanitation of the campuses.Methods With the stratified cluster sampling method,321 students were selected from 10 primary and secondary schools to conduct a questionnaire survey.Their diseases prevention-related knowledge,behavior,attitude towards health education,and opinions about the current status of environmental sanitation of the campuses were investigated.Results The awareness rate of disease prevention knowledge was 42.58%. The rate of correct behavior was 45.39%.The correct behavior rate of junior middle school students was lower than that of the pupils,and the difference showed statistically significant.84.73% of the students were fond of health education classes.Most of the students were not satisfied with the current status of drinking water and latrines in the campuses.Conclusions The rural primary and secondary students knew little about the health knowledge.Their personal hygienic habits were not good enough,and the conditions of environmental sanitation of the campuses were poor.Most of the students desired for good health education.It is necessary for the schools to seize the favorable opportunities in primary and secondary stages,create good conditions for students＇ health education,and culture their good health habits.
