摘要
目的人工关节置换术后感染的病原菌种类及其对常用抗菌药物耐药谱等,为临床和医院感染管理提供第一手资料。方法对26例人工关节置换术后感染的病原菌分布及耐药性进行分析。结果培养出病原菌17株,病原菌分布依次为金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯菌,金黄色葡萄球菌以万古霉素最敏感(100.00%),大肠埃希菌以亚胺培南最敏感(100.00%)。结论人工关节置换术后感染问题值得高度重视,应按照细菌培养和药物敏感性检测结果慎重选用抗生素。
Objective To study the distribution of pathogens and the extent of drug resistance in patients with orthopedic aseptic operation,and to offer the first-hand information for the clinical preventive and therapeutic countermeasures.Method The distribution of pathogens and drug resistance of 26 cases of orthopedic aseptic operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 17 pathogenic bacterial strains were cultured from the secretion of patients with orthopedic aseptic operation.The dominating microorganisms were Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginoa,and Klebsiella pneumoniae.Among them,the most sensitive antibiotic to Staphylococcus aureus was vancomycin(100%) and the most sensitive antibiotic to Escherichia coli was imipenem(100%).Conclusions We should pay close attention to postoperative infections after orthopedic aseptic operation.Clinical doctors should use antibiotics rationally according to the results of bacterial culture and drug-sensitive examination in order to prevent multiple drug-resistance bacteria.
