一个新的睾丸特异表达小鼠基因电子克隆与序列分析 被引量:1

In Silico Cloning and Analysis of a Novel Gene Expressed Exclusively in Mouse Testis

摘要 目的电子克隆小鼠睾丸组织特异表达新的基因。方法运用"数据库消减杂交"筛选出一个在小鼠睾丸中特异表达的新基因(GI:223462116)。结果序列分析显示该cDNA长1 428 bp,有一个801 bp的开放阅读框,编码266个氨基酸,该蛋白质明显的含有4个亲水性区域,2个疏水性区域。结论所克隆的cDNA序列为小鼠的一个新基因。 Objective To clone a novel testis-specific gene using in silico cloning method.Methods By using the digital differential display(DDD),we cloned a novel testis-specific gene in mice.Results Sequence analysis showed that the in silico cloned cDNA was 1,428 base pairs long,with an open reading frame(ORF),containing 801 nucleotides and encoding a protein of 266 amino acids.The protein had 4 hydrophilicity regions and 2 hydrophobic regions Conclusion The in silico cloned cDNA is a novel mouse gene.
