稽留流产清宫术后服用短效避孕药“优思明”对宫腔粘连的预防作用

目的探讨稽留流产清宫术后服用短效避孕药"优思明"对宫腔粘连的预防作用。方法随机选择在我院诊断为稽留流产并行清宫术的自愿患者200例,随机分成研究组和对照组,两组年龄、孕周、孕次等方面无差异性,两组患者均在清宫术前服用米非司酮片150mg和米索前列醇片600ug排胎治疗,术后常规应用抗生素3天,研究组在清宫术后立即给予优思明21片装,每天一片,连续3个周期,对照组不给药。随访观察两组术后首次月经复潮时间和月经量有无减少,有无周期性腹痛,B超检查有无宫腔积血,宫腔镜检查观察有无宫腔粘连及程度。结果研究组术后月经复潮时间为30±4天,月经量减少4例,轻度宫腔粘连者4例,中度宫腔粘连者2例,无重度宫腔粘连者出现,无周期性腹痛及宫腔积血者出现。对照组月经复潮时间39±5天,月经量减少20例,轻度宫腔粘连者11例,中度宫腔粘连者4例,重度宫腔粘连者2例。周期性腹痛宫腔积血2例。月经复潮时间及月经量减少两组比较有显著差异性,P<0.05,宫腔粘连总发生率两组比较有显著差异性,P<0.05,中、重度宫腔粘连两组比较有显著差异性,P<0.05。结论稽留流产清宫术后服用短效避孕药"优思明"对宫腔粘连有较好的预防作用,值得临床上广泛应用。

Menstruation time control group 39 ± 5 days, reduced the period 20 cases of mild intrauterine adhesions in 11 cases, moderate in 4 cases of intrauterine adhesions, severe intrauterine adhesions in 2 cases. Cyclical uterine bleeding in two cases of abdominal pain. Menstruation time and reduced the period between the two groups are significantly different, P0.05, total incidence of intrauterine adhesions between the two groups are significantly different, P0.05, moderate or severe intrauterine adhesions between the two groups were significantly different sex, P0.05. Conclusion Qing missed abortion were treated with short-acting contraceptives, ＂Yasmin＂ to better prevention of intrauterine adhesions role, it is widely used clinically.
