内镜微创技术在骨科隧道型伤口护理中的应用研究

目的探讨内镜微创技术在隧道型伤口护理中的应用技巧和价值。方法通过使用内镜微创技术对7例隧道型伤口的骨科患者进行伤口护理,总结其应用方法、技巧和实用性。结果使用内镜微创技术后可清晰观察隧道型伤口情况,进行有效的伤口护理,缩短了病程。结论内镜微创技术运用于隧道型伤口处理中是一种有效、实用的新技术,解决了伤口护理领域中隧道型伤口这一难点,有力地推动伤口护理领域的发展。

Objective To evaluate the applied skill and value of endoscopic micro-invasive technology in tunnel-type wounds Nursing Care. Methods 7 patients with tunnel-type wounds used of micro-invasive technology for caring the wounds and summarized it for the applied methods and skills both with the practicability.Results all patients can observe the wounds clearly ,had an effective care and a shorten course of disease. Conclusion It is an effective and practical new techniques of micro-invasive technology use for caring tunnel-type wounds.
