高校成绩分析存在问题及应对策略研究

The Study on the Problems and Solution of Achievement Analysis in Colleges and Universities

成绩分析在高校教学管理中具有重要作用,但目前许多高校对成绩分析重视程度不够,分析结果也不够全面深入,致使其在教学管理中的作用没能得到充分发挥。基于此,从阐述成绩分析对学校管理者、教师和学生的作用入手,提出成绩分析在分析方法、信息反馈机制等方面存在的问题,并从提高思想认识、建立保障制度、健全信息反馈机制三个维度提出加强成绩分析的应对策略。

Achievement analysis plays an important role in teaching management in college. However, in many colleges it is not paid enough attention and the result of analysis is not complete and thorough, making its role in teaching management not fully planed. This paper sets forth the effect of analysis on managers, teachers and students, then shows the problems lying in analysis method, information feedback and finally puts forwards the solution from enhancing the ideological wareness, constructing a security system and improving the system of information feedback these three aspects.
