摘要
大学教育应该以人的发展为最终目标,突出人的主体性和个性发展。本科生导师制的推行,正是目前高校教育改革的一项举措。在诠释"导师制"概念的基础上,探讨新形势下高校实施本科生导师制面临的主要问题及应对措施,对如何构建行之有效的本科生导师制模式提出建议,以凸显高等学校实施本科生导师制对学生思想教育管理的重要作用。
University education should take human development as the ultimate goal, highlighting people's subjectivity and personality development. Implementation of Tutorial System is currently a college education reform initiative. Based on the interpretation of "Tutorial System" concept, this paper reviews the main problems and countermeasures of the new situation of the Undergraduate Tutorial System, and puts forward some suggestions on how to build an effective tutorial system model for undergraduates so as to highlight the important role of tutorial system in the ideological and educational management of students.
