摘要
汽轮机低压排汽缸的气动性能对汽轮机组效率的影响至关重要。采用CFD软件CFX,对某型号机组的低压排汽缸小尺寸实验模型在不同来流条件下进行数值模拟研究,并进行了具有对称和非对称两种不同结构扩压器的排汽缸性能对比。结果表明不同的进口旋流对排汽缸性能影响很大,扩压器性能是影响排汽缸性能的主要因素,非对称扩压器更有利于排汽缸性能的提高。
The steam turbine efficiency is highly influenced by the aerodynamic performance of low - pressure exhaust hood. Numerical simulations are carried out on a scale model of low-pressure exhaust hood at different inflow conditions, and a comparison is made between two kinds of exhaust hood with symmetric and non-symmetric diffuser respectively. By analyzing the total performance of exhaust hood and flow phenomenon in the diffuser,the influences of inflow conditions and geometrical shape to exhaust hood aerodynamic performance are presented.
