Integration technology of child health care and quality assurance

目的:为0～3岁儿童基本保健服务提供技术支持和操作平台。方法:依据相关文件和规范,结合工作实践,确定测查项目、评价标准和指导内容,通过计算机信息系统辅助实施。结果:建立了以"测查——评价——指导"为核心的适宜技术、质量保证机制及服务平台,并在实际工作中得到了较为广泛的应用。结论:"测查——评价——指导"一体化技术及其质量体系的建立,可为儿童提供规范、便捷、全面的保健服务。

Objective：To provide technical support and operating platform of basic health care services for children aged 0～3 years old.Methods：The checking projects,evaluation criterion and guiding details were defined according to related documents and standards combined with working practice,the study was applied by computer information system.Results：The suitable technology,quality assurance mechanism and service platform with ＂check-evaluation-guide＂ as the core were constructed and applied in practical works widely.Conclusion：The construction of ＂check-evaluation-guide＂ integration technology and quality system may provide standard,convenient and overall health care services for the children.
